I met Ashley and Andrew in late October for their engagement session starting at Tanglewood and then ending up at The Mount. It was a perfect October Berkshires day! 

The best part of this shoot was being able to hang out with Ashley and Andrew. Their energy and fun is totally off the charts! I love Ashley’s laugh, my cheeks hurt after this session. I really enjoyed spending these few hours together, and I can’t wait for their big day in June.  

Ashley shared with me how she and Andrew met and how he proposed: 

“Although we originally met in statistics class at UMass Amherst in the Spring of 2006, our romance didn’t truly begin until the first day of the Fall semester where we joined up at our favorite party spot – the PIKE house. From then on, it was a fairytale romance of a PIKE and Kappa, falling in love and enjoying each other.

Since then we have enjoyed growing together at school and after, living at home and in the city. On a rainy night in November, 2013, Andrew took me to one of our favorite restaurants in Boston’s South End and asked me to marry him. I said yes, and we were joined in the restaurant by close family and friends.” 

A perfect story for these two. Thank you Ashley & Andrew for being you. I can’t wait to see what you have planned for this spring!
