Aly and John’s Gedney Farm wedding was nothing short of beautiful. The rain on this October day made everything feel that much more romantic. It was important to Aly and John that even though it was pouring out that we got some photos of the beautiful Gedney property. I have found that even on the rainiest days you can always find a little break in the downpour and we did!! I’m so glad Aly and John trusted us when we asked them to go outside. With two photographers a quick 5 minutes can yield a lot of perspectives and wonderful photos.

I loved seeing John’s face lit up when he turned and first saw Aly. As we ventured out onto the grounds at Gedney, I couldn’t help but notice the way Aly looked at John. All the stress and nervous feelings that happen on the morning of your wedding seemed to disappear when she was alone with John. How special is that?

Their ceremony was sweet, the speeches were perfect, and the love of their family and friends filled the room. I am so thankful you trusted me to capture your day!
