Meeting Erin and Eddie has changed me. This wasn’t really something I expected when I took a typical winter call from a bride about a fall 2016 wedding. I instantly felt like friends with Erin on the phone as she described with enthusiasm marrying the guy she was in love with in her hometown area of Saratoga Springs, NY.

Somewhere in the process of solidifying our plans to work together, Erin sent along the article and video that was featured in the Boston Globe about Eddie and his experience of losing part of his vision at 32.. I watched the video and it gave me chills. How did Eddie keep up with everything he has always done and how did he do with it with such an amazing attitude?

The answers were clear when Erin and Eddie in Boston for their engagement session.  I saw that positivity and zest for life first hand. Eddie is the life of the party and Erin is the loving and driving force. Together they are incredible and they are what marriage is about – love, friendship, humor, compromise and communication.  I loved hearing their story about meeting at a fundraiser party and as they continued to date he brought her to a World Cup party with friends.  When his buddies informed him that she was very attractive, Eddie exclaimed, “Bonus!” (Seriously – love that!!!)

To capture the spirit of their wedding day was an honor. This was one epic party! Eddie and Erin take the fun in life and kick it up a notch and the Tricia McCormack Photography team loved every single second spent with their wonderful friends and family. I said meeting Erin and Eddie changed me and it’s true. Life will throw you it’s share of challenges, but Eddie doesn’t take a minute to feel sorry for himself, “Make an adjustment and get it done”.
