There’s something incredibly meaningful about photographing the same family year after year. Watching children grow, seeing relationships evolve, and capturing the beauty in all the little in-between moments, it’s one of the greatest joys of what I do.

I first met Annie and Gil when they were newly engaged and planning their wedding. From their engagement session to their wedding day, and now through the seasons of parenthood, it’s been such a privilege to witness their story unfold.

We’ve documented so many milestones together, from their early days as new parents with baby Will, to welcoming their second son, Tate, and now this latest session as a family of four.

What I loved most about this session is that there wasn’t a specific occasion. It was simply about preserving life as it is right now. And honestly, those are my favorite kinds of sessions. The ones where the only reason for the photos is, “because this season matters.”

And it does.

These everyday moments are fleeting, and they deserve to be remembered just as much as the big milestones.

Annie and Gil, thank you for continuing to invite me in. Your trust means so much to me. Watching your family grow has been a true honor, and I’m so grateful to help tell your story, chapter by chapter.
