A beautiful campus set in the mountains and recently voted by Forbes as #1 in America’s colleges, Williams College is another reason to love all that Berkshire County has to offer.
To Amanda and Frank their alma matter holds more than the typical sentiment, it’s also the place where they met their freshman year and fell in love. Williams College holds amazing memories of times together and with friends who were now the same people to stand beside them as they exchanged their vows to take care of each other always at the Thompson Memorial Chapel.
As we walked the campus and they shared stories of the first time they saw each other and their first date I could picture it all in my mind. I couldn’t help but think of my own college experience and how I had met and fallen for my husband there as well. I was already fond of this adorable couple but as they talked I appreciated once again how fortunate I am to share in people’s lives like I do as a wedding photographer.
We traveled back to Cranwell Resort & Golf Club to meet up with their friends and I watched (and photographed) as Amanda & Frank walked up the grand staircase to the terrace where their friends and family erupted into applause as they joined their reception. It was a deserving entrance to such a sweet couple.
Congratuations Amanda & Frank, best wishes for a happy life together. I hope you enjoy a few of many highlights from this beautiful wedding day.
