Elaina and Teddy’s relationship began in the city of Boston, in an apartment right across the street from TD Garden. Fitting for a couple who cannot get enough of Boston sports, especially the Celtics. Elaina, having grown up in the Berkshires and being a classical music enthusiast – saw Tanglewood as the perfect wedding venue, a place so deep with musical heritage.

Teddy, cool, relaxed, watched Elaina adoringly as she listened to a string quartet from the Boston Symphony Orchestra play a piece written just for her. Her family arranged for this special moment to happen right before Teddy and Alaina read their vows.

Guests were welcomed to the Linde Center reception on a path of jewel-toned couches, rugs, and pillows arranged outdoors, creating cozy nooks for conversation and relaxation. Lanterns with candles adorned every corner. The decor was a masterpiece in itself. Elaborate elevated centerpieces, by Carolyn Valenti were a testament to the meticulous planning and eye for detail that went into years of planning by Alaina’s mother Michelle. The florals transformed the Linde Center like I’ve never seen before.

Another touching moment of the day was Elaina’s dance with her father. They swayed to a song that held a special place in their hearts, the very melody that had been the only way to soothe her as a baby.

The reception was fun and upbeat. A photo booth by Berkshire Photo Booth, a frozen espresso bar by Dave’s Espresso, SoCo Ice cream stand, a dessert bar with endless options and mini chili dogs served at the end of the night.
