One of the things we love most is getting to work with amazing local business owners—and Shana Powell is definitely one of them. We’ve teamed up with Shana and her company, Evergreen Home Vacation Rentals, many times over the years to photograph her stunning properties throughout the Berkshires.

Shana has this incredible ability to make homes feel both luxurious and completely welcoming. With a background in hospitality (30+ years!) and a passion for real estate and home design, she’s created a vacation rental business that’s thoughtful, stylish, and full of personal touches. What started as a side project quickly turned into something much bigger—and it’s been growing ever since.

We always get excited when we’re scheduled to shoot one of her homes. Each one is beautifully staged and full of charm—it’s clear how much care and intention she puts into every detail. Our job is to capture that feeling in photos, so future guests can get a real sense of what it’s like to stay there.

We’re so grateful for this ongoing collaboration and can’t wait to see (and photograph!) what she does next.
