Hannah and Graham love each other so much they decided to get married twice! I was so lucky to capture their intimate backyard wedding back in 2020. Lisa, my associate was able to capture and enjoy more time with Hannah, Graham, and this time, a much larger group of family and friends. Next year we even get to be with Hannah’s sister Maggie and her fiancé Eliza on their wedding day.
Hannah and Graham both went to NESCAC schools, she was at Bates and Graham was at Hamilton. They met on the NESCAC boat cruise in the summer of 2016. Hannah planned to go on the boat trip with a friend, but the friend cancelled last minute. Because Hannah had already bought a ticket, she ended up going alone. While on the cruise, Hannah ran into another friend who eventually introduced her to Graham that night. They chatted all night! If she didn’t go alone, Graham and Hannah may not have met!
On September 25, Hannah and Graham were married at St. Joseph’s Church in Stockbridge and their reception was pool-side, beneath a breathtaking tent. They finally had their “big wedding” with all their favorite people. The Swell Party was able to provide a culinary experience like no other. Each meal was prepared over an open flame and the display of food felt like art. Florals draped the tent and and candles covered the tables. Hannah and Graham had a wedding party that was so excited to finally be a part of their day, despite the long wait and COVID delays. The dance floor was packed all night, everyone was so excited to celebrate together!
