Hazel and Ben wrote their vows separately. On their wedding day at Tanglewood, so much of what they promised turned out to be the same. In their words, it was “a testament to our natural compatibility.”

They’ve known each other for ten years, long enough to go from friends to each other’s person, so maybe that’s no surprise.

Some of the sweetest moments happened in a small green room off to the side. It’s where they shared their first quiet minutes as a married couple, and they kept slipping back all day to soak it in.

Their advice for couples planning now: visit every table at your reception, and remember to be present.
