Kelsey and Josh’s wedding was the kind of day the Berkshires does best! It was intimate, emotional, and filled with the kind of stories that only happen when your closest people gather in one beautiful place. Kelsey and Josh met in college and were friends for years before falling in love. I felt their positive energy, their humor and their deep love for family all day long.
Their ceremony was a standout moment. With just their families + best friend / officiant Charles present, they felt free to read vows that were honest, sentimental, and a little quirky. It was the perfect reminder of why small weddings are special in every season, especially winter, it’s the light and the space to be fully present with the people you love the most. Special shout out to Grammie who was such a big part of the day!
Working with Kelsey and Josh felt effortless. They came in with clear inspiration, trusted my guidance on lighting and timing, and let the day unfold naturally. We adjusted on the fly, added unplanned moments, and captured the kind of candid, emotional images that happen when you create a calm, streamlined experience from start to finish.
I asked Kelsey and Josh to share five words to describe their day. They said: Intimate, Sappy, Stories, Family & Martinis. Me: Perfect!
