I met Lauren and Mark at Tanglewood in October, and we had a perfect engagement session framed by the late fall backdrop that only the Berkshires can provide. 

Lauren told me of their engagement story and why they chose the Berkshires for their engagement session: 

“Mark and I met in college at Penn State back in 2007 through mutual friends and started dating a few months after. We’ve been together ever since. After more than four years of long-distance dating, we finally ended up together in Boston. Mark proposed Labor Day weekend – after we went to dinner, he suggested that we take a walk down by the Boston Harbor, and when we got there, he got down on one knee. 

We knew our wedding would be in Pittsburgh, PA, my hometown, but really wanted to get our engagement photos done in the Berkshires so that we would have some nice pictures from a place that was very special to Mark growing up – Tanglewood. We were SO thrilled with your work, the pictures are beautiful. Thank you for letting us bring a piece of each of our hometowns into our wedding celebration.”
