I reconnected with Sarah after she and Eugene got engaged and I immediately recalled Sarah as the sweet teenager that used to help me at Loeb’s, a local market in my hometown of Lenox. Fun fact: Sarah was also one of my very first Berkshire Photo Booth attendants. When talking to her I couldn’t help but think that nothing about her kind personality had changed and Eugene entering her life had only made her happier.
Sarah and Eugene met in 2013 at a mutual friend’s Memorial Day BBQ. Eugene offered to drive Sarah home, and you could say the rest is history. After three dates, he asked her to be his girlfriend. When they aren’t spending time with their dog Lily, they enjoy board games and watching movies.
Sarah and Eugene’s wedding at 618 in Freehold Township, New Jersey was unique for our Tricia McCormack Photography team. Lisa and I made the trip the day before and got right to work. We started by scouting out beautiful portrait locations in Deep Cut Gardens, a stunning park with gorgeous blooming trees and flowers. At the end of the ceremony at 618, Sarah’s mom made everyone smile with a ceremony surprise from the wedding scene of Love Actually (Can you hear it? “All you need is loooove…”) it was so adorable.
Thank you for your sweetness along the planning and for letting us capture your day! Wishing you a lifetime of happiness.
