Sarah and Nathan’s wedding was beautiful and provided all the best vibes of the holiday season. There are not many years we get to photograph weddings so close to Christmas, and their wedding got everyone in a festive mood with all the holiday touches. Getting ready with Sarah and her bridesmaids was so cozy. Christmas pajamas, warm mugs, and touches of red, green and sparkle were some of the sweetest details. When Sarah’s dad walked her down the aisle, this would be the first time Nathan would see his bride. Sarah couldn’t wait to get to the church and she also couldn’t contain her excitement as soon as she saw Nathan. I smiled as I watched them glance at each other throughout the ceremony and squeeze one another’s hands a little tighter. As an elevated touch, Sarah and Nathan arranged for a horse drawn carriage to bring them to their reception. In 2015 when they attended prom together they also rode in a horse drawn carriage and they knew they wanted it to be a part of their wedding day. The reception space radiated December warmth with lights and candles. There was even a surprise visit from Santa Claus.
