I can’t wait to share Ashleigh and Andy’s wedding. There are so many beautiful aspects to this wedding day. First and foremost there is Ashleigh and Andy, who are as fun as they are stunning. I love the sweetness of their relationship.  Then there is the location of this wedding, I’m in awe of it! Ashleigh and Andy own this home and farm located in Sheffield.

Together they worked on updating the house and barn in preparation for the wedding day and on this special day, it was perfect. The getting ready was in their upstairs loft and the light and woodwork was so lovely to photograph. The farm was a picturesque spot for their ceremony and I loved the farm doors for guests to walk through and the spot where Ashleigh and Andy said their vows had cathedral style windows. So creative and pretty! Everyone sat on hay bales and the aisle was lined with mason jars filled with elegant roses and white hydrangea. During portraits, I was in heaven as we captured Ashleigh & Andy in their garden full of sunflowers. After cocktails, the barn was the absolute best place for guest to enjoy dinner, dancing and even a photo booth at their reception. Ashleigh and Andy have recently told me that they will begin renting out their location for other couples who will be getting married. I can imagine they are going to get a ton of interest.

It really struck me how perfectly chosen all the little details were, they were rustic and elegant all at once. The chocolate favors shaped like a calf, the suitcase card holder, the log guest book – it was all so wonderful to seee.
