When Lori Pine reached out to plan her branding session, I knew right away this wasn’t going to be your average shoot. Lori, a speaker, coach, and the inspiring founder behind The Joy CEO, was hosting a retreat for women focused on growth, confidence, and connection—and she had the brilliant idea to incorperate professional photography into the experience. Yes, please!
We started by capturing Lori herself—photos she could use across her website, LinkedIn, and social media. Lori’s brand is all about energy, presence, and purpose, and we made sure her images reflected that. She was confident, approachable, and glowing with the kind of joy that only comes from doing work that you love.
Lori also wanted to elevate the entire experience for her guests, too. So she offered professional headshots as a special part of the retreat, gifting each attendee a moment in front of the camera. It was such a thoughtful way to pour into the women she was leading—giving them not just motivation from the retreat, but head shots they could use to show up powerfully in their own lives and careers.
