I’ve known Jess for years, but our first session together was back in 2013. I went on to photograph her wedding to Junie the following year, then welcomed their two babies into the world through newborn sessions, and I’ve had the honor of capturing their family time and time again ever since.

This year’s session was extra special: Jess brought along her brother Nate, her niece and nephew, and her parents. Three generations, one afternoon.

There’s something different about photographing a family when it’s the whole family, grandparents, siblings, cousins and all.
