Nicole & Tuc were married on May 17 with a ceremony and reception at the Wheatleigh Hotel in Lenox, MA. I was looking forward to this wedding because we had so much fun during our relaxed winter engagement session. They are truly an exquiste couple!
 
The Wheatleigh Hotel is beautiful on a normal day, but it was a masterpiece as the backdrop of the intimiate wedding that Nicole and Tuc envisioned. It was a beautiful day with mountain views and sun peering through fluffy clouds in the distance. Their day started with a personal ceremony that was officiated by Nicole’s relative and only family was in attendance. Through my camera I caught tears of happiness on their loved one’s faces as Nicole and Tuc exchanged their hand written vows. After the ceremony they had me take a picture of them on their iPhone so they could send it to their friends. They had in fact kept their day a surprise until that moment. 

During dinner, the sky turned a bit dark, but I noticed the sun was peering out too. I thought there could be a chance of a rainbow, but couldn’t have imagined the perfect site as I stepped outside. The three of us hurried outside to capture it. I saw the smiles on Nicole and Tuc’s faces and knew they could feel this was a sign of good luck shining down on them. 

This couple showed me so much kindness through the entire experience. I was touched when they personally walked me out to say goodbye as I left them to enjoy the rest of their evening. They even gave me one of the beautiful centerpieces that Carolyn Valenti created. What a special gift. 

Nicole & Tuc, thank you for allowing me to be a part of your special day. I loved every minute! Congratulations & happy one month!
