“Do you have a crush on me, Matt Mitchell?”
Sometimes, all it takes is one courageous question to change the course of your life. For Sarah, it was a straightforward query to Matt Mitchell that set the wheels in motion for their love story. And YES, yes he did have a crush on Sarah. Love often leads us on unexpected journeys, for Matt, it meant moving across the state putting down roots in Sarah’s hometown here in the Berkshires.
Sarah and Matt’s wedding at the Pittsfield Country Club was a celebration of their love, filled with laughter, surprises, and unforgettable moments. The ceremony took place outdoors, surrounded by the natural beauty of the Berkshires.
The reception was where they let their personalities shine. Sarah and her father shared a special dance, starting with a slow, sentimental song and transitioning halfway through to “Sweet Child of Mine” by Guns N’ Roses. As the music shifted, the dance floor came alive with guests wielding blow-up guitars, transforming the moment into a lively celebration of their love. Matt’s groomsmen added their own touch of humor to the festivities. They surprised everyone by changing into t-shirts adorned with Matt’s face all over them, creating laughs and unforgettable photo opportunities that perfectly captured the couple’s fun-loving spirit. A highlight of the evening was the cannoli bar, a delightful addition that allowed guests to craft their own custom cannolis. It was a sweet touch that added a personalized and delicious element to the celebration.
Sarah and Matt – Thank you for sharing your day with us, you are so fun and lighthearted, we couldn’t be more excited to share these photos with you!
