There are so many reasons to love this wedding. It made me happy on this day to be a photographer among many past brides and grooms of Tricia McCormack Photography as well as many local Berkshire County friends.

Meaghan and Matt are such a loving couple who, especially on this day made sure their guests knew how important each of them were in their lives. “You are our teachers, guides, best friends and our favorite people in the world.” To show that love, they thought of every detail. My favorite was the way they represented each guest’s table number. There was a framed picture of Meaghan and Matt holding up a number sign in different poses as they walked around The Mount. As a photographer I know this must have taken a lot of thought and time but it was so worth it. Absolutely adorable! 

Other extra special touches included the slideshow that played during each of the parent dances, I don’t think there was a dry eye in the house.The picture of Matt dancing with his mom that is included in this post…it still makes me cry! 

We all loved the “twist dance-off” with Nate and mother of the groom Nancy. That got the dance floor started for the entire evening. It was beautiful to see Matt get his grandmother up out of her wheelchair and into his arms for a dance – I’m so happy that is forever captured. 

So many reasons to love this couple and this day. Cheers to all the happy days ahead for you Meaghan & Matt! I’m honored to have been present on your wedding day.
