It could have been the way Rachel beamed with happiness while getting ready for the day or how she kept telling her bridesmaids, mom and mother in law how beautiful each of them looked. Maybe it was the way Nate rested his head on Rachel’s shoulder after they were pronounced husband and wife or how sweetly he danced with his grandmother. It could have been how they treated me, their photographer with such excitement and sincere thoughtfulness. For these reasons and so many more, Rachel & Nate make me so happy. They show true love for each other and an exemplary kindess towards friends and family.  I hope they never change the postive way in which they see things. 

Needless to say, driving home from The Society Room of Hartford my cheeks hurt from smiling, my feet hurt a bit from walking, but my heart was full from the honor of being witness to these two wonderful people becoming Mr. & Mrs. Wilcox.
