Kate and Tom’s intimate wedding at Gateways Inn in downtown Lenox had a focus on family and that’s exactly how Kate told me she imagined her day. Our bride and her 3 children got ready together before heading to Church on the Hill for the ceremony. Tom and Kate would see each other for the first time as she walked into the church and down the aisle. The union was witnessed by family and friends arriving from California and New York. Days of rain led up to this brightly lit afternoon just for Kate and Tom.

We asked Kate and Tom “What was the most unforgettable part of your day?”

Tom said, “Seeing Kate for the first time and seeing the kids so happy” Then Kate added, “We felt relaxed and truly enjoyed ourselves while experiencing our new family together with those that love us the most. The intimate size and meaningful location allowed us to stay true to ourselves and be fully present – we loved every moment!”

I first met Kate during our mutual friend Andrea’s wedding, where she was a bridesmaid. Through Andrea, she felt confident in hiring me as her wedding photographer. While I would have loved to be here for the occasion, I was already booked for my nephew’s first birthday party. There’s no one I’d have more confidence in than Lisa, my Associate Photographer to take the lead.
