Marie Cecile and Tyler were married on October 21, with a ceremony and reception at Cranwell Resort in Lenox.

The memory is vivid of sprinting out of the car trying to save my equipment from getting wet from the rain so we could greet Tyler and Marie Cecile who were in different rooms getting ready for their big day. I was with the beautiful girls while my second shooter, Lisa was with the guys. Marie Cecile looked like a princess, she is a beauty and all dressed up in a gown she looked even more so.

Due to the rain, Marie Cecile and Tyler were married inside. The ballroom was transformed by the magic touch of Carolyn Valenti Flowers. Marie Cecile had visions of lush, purple and sparkle and it certainly came to life for their ceremony and their reception.  We felt happy to find a brief amount of time where the rain drops subsided and a beautiful view could be seen of the Berkshire Mountains. Marie Cecile and Tyler came outside so we could capture them in the beautiful evening scene around us.

The details in the day were remarkable. So much love and care was put into showing their love of their friends, family and even those that couldn’t be there. I loved the wedding heritage and traditions that were merged together from the United States as well as Marie Cecile’s home country of Senegal. I loved seeing everyone come together on the dance floor. It was truly wonderful!
