Blake and Brooke kept their guest list small and intentional, filled with the people who have truly shaped their lives. From the second I arrived at The Lakehouse Properties in Lanesborough, you could feel how much love was packed into that room.

The day started quiet and full of emotion. Blake and Brooke chose a first look, and it ended up being one of the most powerful moments of the day. They had been apart all morning, and when they finally saw each other, dressed up and standing in front of that gorgeous lake, it all became real. We gave them space to just take it in, the two of them, the view, all of it.

Then came the ceremony. Brooke walked down the aisle and looked out to see a crowd made up entirely of people who mean the world to her and Blake, with the lake stretched out behind them. The weather cooperated perfectly, the decor was beautiful, and the people in those seats made it feel so intimate.

Then the party started. Live music, a packed dance floor, and guests ranging from their sweet daughter Briley at just 10 months old to Blake’s 90-year-old grandmother danced their hearts out. I need to include a special shoutout to their baby Briley who was there for the entire day without a single cry. She may just be the cutest, most easygoing baby I’ve ever photographed. At the end of the night,  Blake and Brooke popped a bottle of champagne and jumped straight into the lake as husband and wife. So much fun!!!

Five words they used to sum up the day: flawless, intimate, high energy, beautiful, and perfect. I don’t think I could put it better myself.

It was such an honor to be trusted with a day this personal. Blake and Brooke, thank you for having me and my team there to capture it. Congratulations!
